01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for later use.
02 - Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until reduced to fine crumbs.
03 - Add softened cream cheese to the crushed cookies and blend until completely incorporated, forming a thick, uniform dough.
04 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into smooth balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and chill for 20 to 30 minutes until firm.
06 - Place white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to lift and allowing excess coating to drip off. Return to the baking sheet.
08 - Cut mini marshmallows diagonally to form ears. Dip the sticky cut side in pink sugar or gel and attach to the top of each ball. Add chocolate chip eyes, heart sprinkle nose, and a mini marshmallow tail while coating remains tacky.
09 - Refrigerate the decorated bunny balls for at least 30 minutes until the coating is completely set.
