Adorable no-bake treats with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, dipped in white chocolate with bunny decorations.

# What You Need:

→ Oreo Mixture

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (approximately 10.5 ounces)
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

→ Coating

03 - 14 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts

→ Decorations

04 - 48 mini marshmallows for bunny ears
05 - Pink sanding sugar or edible pink gel for ears and nose
06 - 48 mini chocolate chips or edible black marker for eyes
07 - 24 pink heart sprinkles or pink M&M minis for noses
08 - 24 mini white marshmallows for tails (optional)

# How-To Steps:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for later use.
02 - Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until reduced to fine crumbs.
03 - Add softened cream cheese to the crushed cookies and blend until completely incorporated, forming a thick, uniform dough.
04 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into smooth balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and chill for 20 to 30 minutes until firm.
06 - Place white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to lift and allowing excess coating to drip off. Return to the baking sheet.
08 - Cut mini marshmallows diagonally to form ears. Dip the sticky cut side in pink sugar or gel and attach to the top of each ball. Add chocolate chip eyes, heart sprinkle nose, and a mini marshmallow tail while coating remains tacky.
09 - Refrigerate the decorated bunny balls for at least 30 minutes until the coating is completely set.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • No oven required which means your kitchen stays cool and you can make these even when you're short on time
  • The creamy Oreo filling inside that crisp white chocolate shell creates the most satisfying bite sized treat
  • These disappear faster than you can say hippity hop at any spring gathering
02 -
  • Work in small batches when dipping because the frozen balls will start to soften and the chocolate will lose its perfect dipping consistency
  • Have all your decorations open and ready before you start because that white chocolate sets faster than you expect
03 -
  • Use a teaspoon to measure the dough so your bunnies are all the same size and bake evenly if you ever decide to try them as cake pops
  • Keep a small bowl of warm water nearby to dip your fingers in when rolling the balls it prevents sticking without adding flour that would change the texture
