08 - Arrange wraps on a serving platter and serve immediately while lettuce remains crisp.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • These wraps deliver that perfect texture contrast between crisp leaves and tender, glazed vegetables
  • They come together quickly but taste like something from a restaurant
  • The sauce balances salty, sweet, and tangy flavors that make each bite addictive
02 -
  • Do not overcrowd the pan when cooking mushrooms, or they will steam instead of developing that savory, browned flavor
  • Butter lettuce can be fragile, so handle the leaves gently when washing and separating them
  • The sauce thickens quickly in the pan, so have everything ready before adding it
03 -
  • Toasting your own sesame seeds in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes makes a huge difference in flavor
  • Water chestnuts add an incredible crunch that takes these wraps to the next level
