01 - In a blender, combine milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla bean seeds or vanilla extract.
02 - Add the ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy, approximately 30-45 seconds.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness or vanilla intensity as desired.
04 - Pour into two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings if desired. Serve immediately while frosty.
